When we confirm
your reservation, this is our promise to reserve your seat,
needed equipment and guide.... which cab cause us to turn
away other folks. Because there is little margin for the
loss of unexpected cancellations and to uphold the quality
of our trips, we have adopted the following policy:

All
trips are reserved upon receipt of a 50% deposit.
|

All trips must
be paid in full 14 days prior to departure, unless special
arrangements have been made. |
|
Cancellation
policy is 80% refund with 15 days prior notice and a 50%
refund with a 12 day prior notice and a NO refund with 11
days prior notice. |
|
Should Eco Orca need to cancel a trip due to unsafe
weather, your trip will be refunded in full. Rain is not
unsafe! |
|
If you need to
change the date or time of your trip, we are happy to do
so provided we have availability for the new time
requested. There is no extra fee for changes. |
|
No refund for
no-shows. If you are arriving by cruise ship, and it is
late or delayed we will make every effort to accommodate
your tour and give you a full refund if we are not able to
make new arrangements. |
|
Walk up and
short notice reservations are welcome and accommodated on
space availability. |
|
Group
discounts, and custom trips may be available.
|
|
Trips run rain
or shine. |
|
All
individuals must sign a liability release form before
participating on raft trips |
|
Please make
reservations early to insure your choice dates.
|
|
A deposit of
50% of your total trip fee is required to confirm your
date, unless it is within 30 days of your planned
excursion when a full payment is required.
